Citat:
The cold, hard fact is that you, as the merchant, are always responsible for credit card fraud. The acquirer isn't, the issuer isn't, the processor isn't - the merchant is. Nobody can guarantee that you'll never be hit with fraud attempts; you WILL be.

The Basics: Chargebacks
• When you pay for something in advance, such as an airline ticket or a custom-made sofa, you're taking on some risk. If you prepay and you don't get the merchandise or service, you could lose your money.
• If you use a credit card when you prepay, you give yourself the privilege of a chargeback, a refund paid by your credit card company.
• If you order something and don't receive it, file a chargeback claim before 60 days has passed. If you later receive the merchandise, tell the credit card company to drop the chargeback claim.
• You have no chargeback rights if you use a Visa or MasterCard debit card, although you're supposed to get your money back within five days in the event of a mistake or theft.

Det finns ett
MYCKET tydligt mönster vad gäller återkommande changebacks. Det upptäcker du också vid lite närmare läsning hos bl.a. Merchant911.
Lycka till!
