Har fått flera räkningar från B-one (ONE.com) för nästa års hosting.
Har märkt att de tar extra 20 kronor (+ 25% moms) för "någonting", man vet inte exakt vad, och det finns inte på deras hemsida, inte heller i deras "villkor". Det står bara:

When refunding any payment, One.com reserves the right to debit an amount covering the bank-fees and administration costs concerning the refund.

Så, det kan vara vilken "amount" som helst. Nå?

Ja, visste man inte vad det handlade om så var inte engelskan klockren......

Antar att det är en faktureringavgift när man fortsätter abbonera då fakturan skickas hem till dig. Det hade de innan och tror inte det har förändrats. Inget speciellt med det. De hade det i sina villkor innan. Tycker du tjafsar mycket om 20 kronor istället för att tänka klart.

Nope, det är nog den vanliga fakturaavgiften, om du beställer pappersfaktura (20 SEK). Inga problem med B-one/One.com hittills

nej, tyvärr.
Pappersfaktura kostar ca. 40 kronor. Jag betalar med kort.

Vad är det som är så konstigt????? Du betalar 12 kr per månad och får chatta med en brud i 30 min. Hos oss hade du inte ens fått ett mailkonton för 12 kr och absolut ingen support : )


Det är bara människor med dåligt självförtroende som måste klaga hur en annan människa skriver, bra jobbat

Det handlar inte om pengar alltid utan princip, samt om dom blåser alla 250.000 kunder dom säger sig ha på den summan så blir det rätt mycket pengar.

Sedan är det väl deras egna fel att deras support inte ens kan kallas support, att ha folk som inte ens kan svara på va 1+1 är. Man kan nästan tro att det är en bot som svarar.

Hur många gånger har vi inte skrivit att ONE B-ONE whatever suger?

Jag tycker personligen att du skall vara mer irriterad på dig själv än på någon Tant hos ett billigt webhotell.
